(from the south or west) Go north (or east from exit 14) to Exit 14C (Turnpike Extension); after the toll proceed to the Grand Street Exit. At bottom of ramp go ahead to traffic light and make a right hand turn on to Montgomery Street. Follow Montgomery Street toward the Hudson River and make a left at Hudson Street. Proceed on Hudson Street to the third light on the service road on the west side of Harborside Terminal to Plaza 10. Make a right onto Second Street and enter the public parking lot. Plaza 10 is the tall glass building on the water.
1. Go north (or east from exit 14) to Exit 14C (Turnpike Extension); after the toll proceed to the Grand Street Exit. At bottom of ramp go straight at the traffic light. Pass the high school and at the end of the road make a right on Christopher Columbus Drive. Go two blocks to Monmouth Street and make a left. Turn right at the next block. This is First Street. Follow First Street as far as possible. Make a left at the end of First Street and a right at the next block onto Second Street. Enter the public parking lot on the right. Plaza 10 is the tall glass building on the water.
2. Exit at 14B rather than 14C; take the immediate left after the toll to Liberty State Park. Take the next immediate left at the bottom of the hill. (Suzette Fashions will be on the right) Drive past the Liberty Science Center on the left. When the road ends, at the stop sign, make a left onto Audrey Zapp Drive. At first light make a right hand turn (you will see a Holland Tunnel sign). Go under the New Jersey Turnpike and make a right onto Grand Street. Follow Grand Street until it ends at Greene Street. Make a left onto Greene Street and proceed to the second right onto Christopher Columbus Drive. Take the next left on the service road on the west side of Harborside Terminal to Plaza 10. Make a right onto Second Street and enter the public parking lot. Plaza 10 is the tall glass building on the water.
(from the north or south) Take routes 1 and 9 through the Tonnelle Traffic Circle toward the Holland Tunnel/New York City. Stay in the far right lane and at the first light after you come out of the underpass (Jersey Avenue) make a right at the light by the Exxon Station.. After you turn stay to the left and follow the left fork in the road toward the Newport Mall. The mall will be on your right as you proceed straight ahead to the light at Washington Boulevard. Make a right onto Washington Boulevard, it becomes Washington Street. Go to Second Street (Chili's Restaurant is on the right), make a left on Second Street and proceed to Plaza 10 public parking lot, just before Plaza 10 (3 Second Street), which is a tall glass building on the water.
Alternate route: If traffic is very heavy as you approach the Holland Tunnel, stay to the far left and make a left onto Jersey Avenue. At the third light, 18th Street, make a right. Stay on 18th Street, past the A & P on your right, as it turns to the right and becomes Washington Boulevard. Then follow directions immediately above.
Take the New Jersey Turnpike south to Exit 17 (Lincoln Tunnel Exit); or take Route 46 East; to Route 3 East. Follow Route 3 East to Routes 1 and 9 south to the Tonnelle Traffic Circle and follow directions above from Routes 1 and 9.
Take Route 280 East and follow signs for Jersey City/Routes 1 and 9, then follow directions above from Routes 1 and 9.
Or, take route 24 east to 78 east to 1 and 9 north or to the New Jersey Turnpike for Exits 14B or 14C and follow directions above from the New Jersey Turnpike.
Take the Holland Tunnel to Jersey City. When you come out of the tunnel make a right at the first light (by the Merit gas station) Go to 18th Street and make a right (by A&P). Follow 18th street as is turns into Washington Blvd. and then follow directions from Routes 1 and 9 above.
Harborside Plaza 10 is less than 1/4 mile from the Exchange Place PATH station. The PATH gives you access from New York City, Hoboken, Journal Square and Newark. Proceed along the walkway to the right past the Hyatt Hotel along the waterside of Harborside Terminal to the tall glass building directly ahead.
If traveling from Bayonne, Jersey City or Hoboken you can utilize the Light Rail and get off at the Harborside stop. Proceed past the north end of the Harborside Terminal and Plaza 10 is the tall glass building on the river directly ahead. The Light Rail fee is $1.75 and must be validated before you get on the train. Failure to validate the ticket will result in a $100 fine. The ticket validators are located next to the ticket machines. The ticket is good for 90 minutes from validation.
