Raised primarily in Westfield, New Jersey, Jeffrey R. Kivetz is admitted to practice law in both New Jersey and New York State. He is a civil litigation attorney focusing on commercial, small business, personal injury, civil rights, employment and discrimination, real estate, and appellate matters. Upon graduating from New York University, Mr. Kivetz moved to Bristol, Rhode Island to study law at Roger Williams University. Since joining Margulies Wind, P.A. in 2005, he has successfully participated in significant trials and settled multiple million dollar awards on behalf of his clients. In his free time, Mr. Kivetz enjoys skiing, traveling, reading and watching the New York Yankees.
